How the COVID-19 National Directive Impacts Flightcell

On Monday 23rd March 2020 the New Zealand Government announced that the country was moving to Level 4 for the eradication of COVID-19 in New Zealand starting on Wednesday 25th March. This directive means all non-essential service businesses in New Zealand must shut their premises and employees work from home. Fortunately Flightcell is not one of those businesses and we are still able to support the majority of our customers - albeit in a limited capacity.

For the safety and health of staff we have closed the office doors for staff that can work from home. We will still continue to work remotely and to provide quotes and technical support and we will continue to ship essential product to emergency, government and first responder customers who are working at the front line saving lives.

We will be looking to process urgent repairs and returns for these customers during this time. The anticipated business re-commencement date is Monday 27th April.
