Transfer files to and from an aircraft with Dropbox

How do you transfer large files from an aircraft to the ground and from the ground to an aircraft? Use Dropbox of course!

Flightcell has taken the commonly used Dropbox functionality and incorporated it into the Flightcell DZMx product. The cellular capability of the DZMx transfers high bandwidth data and this includes the transfer of files.

The DZMx USB port is configured to link to a dedicated Dropbox folder on the ground and files are transferred between the two locations. Up to 20 files are transferred between the locations at any one time.

Typical uses include getting operational data onboard and sending 3rd party equipment data off the aircraft.
