About the Flightcell team

The people at Flightcell International are passionate about what they do, which is providing customers with the best aviation communications equipment possible. This involves hardware engineering, software engineering and product integration. All products are designed, manufactured and assembled in New Zealand.

Flightcell’s offices are located in the port city of Nelson. Nelson is located in a sheltered bay at the top of New Zealand's South Island. It is a picturesque tourism destination with key primary industries and a growing IT sector.

Working at Flightcell has a truly international feel about it, with people originating from England, France, South Africa, Scotland, India, and of course, New Zealand. Mountain biking is a popular pastime for many and other common activities outside of work include swimming, gliding, fishing, walking/hiking, standup paddle boarding, and enjoying the arts.
