Flightcell 25th Anniversary Competition

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to residents of any country, aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees of Flightcell International Limited, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Requirements

  • To enter, participants must follow Flightcell International Limited on Linkedin https://www.linkedin.com/company/flightcell-international-limited

  • Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

  • Existing followers will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

  • Entries must be received by midnight 31 October 2025

3. Prize

  • The prize is 1 x set of Apple AirPods 4 with a value of NZD249

  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

  • Flightcell International Limited reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • Winner will be notified via DM on Linkedin within 30 days of the closing date.

  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days, Flightcell International Limited reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

5. Data Protection

  • By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition and awarding the prize.

6. General

  • Flightcell International Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

  • The decision of Flightcell International Limited regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.

  • The competition is governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
